To print application:
Double click on the appropriate property name
Then click "Open" in the dialog box
Click "File" on the top menu bar then "Print"
Mail the application along with a check or money
order in the amount of $15.00 per adult
(any person over the age of 18 must complete a
separate application). Make check payable to the
appropriate property name.
