Statement of Rental Policy:
We are an equal opportunity housing                             
provider complying with all Federal and                         
State Fair Housing laws.   
Security Deposit:
A security deposit equal to one
months rent is required at the time
of move in.  The Security Deposit
of Barclay Village residents who are                
required to pay a $75.00 non-refundable
carpet cleaning fee which is subtracted from
the Security Deposit.
    Processing Fee:
    There is a $25.00 non-refundable
    processing fee required for all applications
    turned in for consideration.  
    No application will be considered without    
    payment of processing fee.

Apartment Availability:
    Apartments become available         
    after reconditioning is complete.        
    Upon approval of residency, an
    available apartment may be held      
    for a maximum of 2 weeks unless
    otherwise agreed upon by
    management.  If desired style of
    apartment is not currently available,
    the prospective tenant will be         
    placed on a waiting list.

To View an Apartment:
    An available apartment can be
    viewed during regular office hours
    with or without an appointment.  A
    model apartment may be shown if
    the desired floor plan is not
    available.
