Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to one months rent is required at the time of move in. The Security Deposit is completely refundable with the exception of Barclay Village residents who are required to pay a $75.00 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee which is subtracted from the Security Deposit. |
Processing Fee: There is a $15.00 non-refundable processing fee required for all applications turned in for consideration. No application will be considered without payment of processing fee. |
Apartment Availability: Apartments become available after reconditioning is complete. Upon approval of residency, an available apartment may be held for a maximum of 2 weeks unless otherwise agreed upon by management. If desired style of apartment is not currently available, the prospective tenant will be placed on a waiting list. |
To View an Apartment: An available apartment can be viewed during regular office hours with or without an appointment. A model apartment may be shown if the desired floor plan is not available. Call or stop in for more information on available apartment homes. |
