| Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to one months rent is required at the time of move in. The Security Deposit of Barclay Village residents who are required to pay a $75.00 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee which is subtracted from the Security Deposit. |
There is a $15.00 non-refundable processing fee required for all applications turned in for consideration. No application will be considered without payment of processing fee. |
| Apartment Availability:
after reconditioning is complete. Upon approval of residency, an available apartment may be held for a maximum of 2 weeks unless otherwise agreed upon by management. If desired style of apartment is not currently available, the prospective tenant will be placed on a waiting list. |
